@amylameyer @galeforceVC The right mentor at the right time can be a massive career catalyst. But access to good mentorship is hard to find without an existing professional network. At SM, we are increasing access to mentorsship and incentivizing long term relationships with income share agreements.

I'm seeing a lot of mentorship businesses come through the inbox. Are companies paying for software to facilitate this? Would you use such an offering? Other thoughts on mentor models?
