@Greenockcricket Funny that I was verbally assaulted twice, and on 1 occasion, a GCC member had to be restrained. They even complained about my umpiring in the local press. After omplaints and reports to the WDCU, it was swept under the carpet, and they wonder why some umpires stop umpiring.

GCC has issued an apology to Majid Haq an umpire at a match on 12 Aug in relation to an incident that occurred during a game against Stenhousemuir. GCC deplores any such conduct and will cooperate with all in the investigation.
