My god - Axis bank is the worst. They blocked my wife's account which is her salary account. Reason - she has two customer IDs. Now we are not able to access net banking or mobile banking. Raised request with RM, Branch, and on phone. It's been more than 2 weeks. No solution yet.

@Ajain112 Actually an issue is about more complicated on ground. For eg if your vendor is MSME and doesn’t inform you about their status, there is no direct way to know by their PAN or GSTIN if they are MSME or not. That way you are penalised due to non-availability of data from Portal.

Corporates are telling msme companies to incorporate a new company that is not msme if they want to continue to be a vendor. What a ripple effect!

And here I have a drastically opposite experience. Never able to visit anything. Neither there are any written guides nor the staff is helpful or interested to help. They assume that we would know how and when programs are. All I have been able to see is lobby with paintings.
