@thatoldman2 @ShaunHullis My wife's uncle (Chico) is George Francis Robertson the pilot. Eric flew on 22 of his missions including Chico's last on 7th August 1943 so he will be in that photo I think. Eric then flew twice more before going off to Central Gunnery School , 1654 HCU and then 617 squadron.

@ShaunHullis Hi Shaun Bob here re the photo of WS-X Panic from your uncles album are there any names on teh back of the photo at all. Im looking to understand if the guy 2nd from left is Flt Lt Eric Armstrong. Thanks.

@ShaunHullis I can't answer specifically about Eric Armstrong but my wife's uncle was the pilot George Francis Robertson who complete his tour in August 1943 and Eric Armstrong was on 22 of those missions so he is on the photo.

My wife (EX SRN) volunteered to help as a Vaccinator but we'll have finished by the time she gets through all this on line training. The Radicalisation module will be most useful....
