@tomhouse This sounds like my son. Has struggled with “little league elbow” as an 11 and already saying it’s tender as we start to throw to get ready for next year. Is there a specific rice bucket workout you recommend? Seeing quite a few online…

Have seen young athletes struggle with elbow tenderness as they start to gain velo and realize they are too weak in their forearms to be throwing as hard as they are. Have seen adding rice buckets into training get rid of elbow irritation/tenderness after just 2 weeks.

Grip and forearms strength are so overlooked in pitching. Get to work and throw in a rice bucket as well!

This is more of a staff award. We all made decisions that were vital to the teams success. The M-Braves 2021 staff was amazing.
