I've always considered myself a "Christian," but my *real* walk with Jesus began about 3-4 years ago.
In retrospect, I fully understand there is a difference between "proclaiming the name of Jesus" and WALKING with Jesus.
So when a boy wrapped his arms around me yesterday at the church and told me that something I did helped move him toward Jesus, it about took me to my knees.
Of course, I didn't "save" anyone, as I explained to him. The living God used the giftings He gave to me to reveal Himself... but what an honor it is to be used like that.
That the living God would use me to do His will is hard to comprehend. But I am grateful and want to be obedient.
A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Stevan Jr. and his STUD of a dad Stevan, who are walking with Jesus (Shared pic w/ permission). Stevan Jr. was praying for rain so their flight back to CA gets delayed and they can attend chruch this weekend with me and my family 😂

@Jimeverett Agree 100%, Ty operated at a high level with a poor OL & running game. His layering on intermediate passes is elite.
And the Rams find always WRs in lower rounds, they didn’t need one at pick 13. Excited to see him learn under Stafford! Perfect for player & team.

Man, everybody’s flipping bad draft grades at the Rams taking Ty Simpson at 13… but I’m here zagging hard.
Played 12 years in this league & this move feels smart as hell. Stafford dropped a MVP season, now you grab a young gun with legit arm talent with McVay smarts to sit behind him & learn? That’s how teams keep the window open long-term without forcing drama. And Simpson has that dog in him. Then next year when others teams are drafting 1st rd QBs, better players drop to pick 32. Next level chess. 🏆

Better late than never...we had an unreal spring break at @WaltDisneyWorld with the boys, our niece Alora, nanny Brenda K and Hillary our guide. From the iconic castle to feeling like we were in Star Wars, we all had a trip we will never forget. 18k steps a day keeps the tombstones at the haunted mansion away! @JoshDaws What makes EVERYONE smile? Characters like Marion Ravenwood, rich backstory, both feminine/strong, every bit as daring/brave as Indy, but it’s not shoved down anyone’s throat. She may not be as educated, but she’s a bit more clever than Indy. They robbed Rey of a better story.

@LRiddickESPN Film doesn’t lie! CJ Daniels hands 🙌🏻 are great. Different angles, trajectories, velocities, body positions, high low, etc. Nothing gives a QB confidence to throw it like a WR who can go get the ball wherever you put it. Not speed, not routes, HANDS.

Scroll down to the #Rams selection of WR CJ Daniels in the 6th round. The Rams know how to identify and develop WR’s . Just look at their history. They also added OT Keagan Trost from Missouri. Mizzou’s wide zone run scheme is just like the Rams’, who led the #NFL with 5.5 yds/rush on such runs in 2025. Don’t get caught up in the “but they didn’t help out Stafford” bs, because the truth is, they DID help him.

@danorlovsky7 The RAMS can find WRs, they don’t have to spend a 1st. Let’s not forget last August when Stafford had significant back issues. He’s still elite but chances are in the few years he has left may need periodic rest to be preserved for post season. Ty can keep things moving & learn.

The idea that the Rams should have punted on a future QB they love in the name of a “win-now” WR is shortsighted and foolish. No rookie can be expected to swing his team’s championship probability that much.
