.@U105radio Will this be a THIRD weekend without clarification re U105’s ‘missing’ presenters? To date, the station has clearly struggled to cover for the five big names removed from its output. With a news team that regularly demands answers from others, U105 should know better!

Tonight at a shopping mall , I watched a 5 year old boy ask a little girl if he could hug her because he liked her sweater. She said, "No.” He smiled, "Okay! I like your sweater. Bye!" and ran back to his dad. To his dad, he proudly said: "I didn't hug her because she said no... but I told her I liked her sweater!" His dad replied, “Cool, buddy!" ...and they went on shopping.
If a 5-year-old boy can understand consent and respect a "No," then so can every adult

Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her.
The love and support from all her friends and fans during this cancer journey brought her enormous joy. It has also been a huge comfort to us, her family and close friends, thank you.

I’m not sure if we do nice things here anymore or we’re in full skip fire mode now.
But today we celebrate 22 years of marriage. He’s my fortress, my safety, my shelter in a storm, my home. He’s unshakeable. There is no one else I'd rather face this life with.

@ClaireAllan Keep listening to your body when it's in fatigue mode and rest up as and when you're able. Coming from someone who's been dealing with chronic fatigue for the past 20 years. Keep reminding us all to be kind to our mental health 👏👏😘😘
