@ShazbatDesigns No fat in bacon medallions ..you can grill though. Fry light has 1 cal per spray if you prefer that finish. To me once the brown sauce is on it doesn’t matter 🤣

How today went can only probably be explained with the gif of what I need tonight …but I’m so close to my 9st loss I’m sitting in the discomfort of my feelings instead ..maybe it’s a night for singing or just going to bed early and trying again tomorrow 🙃

@HelenBladette I always thought grilling was better so the fat was able to drain away but then again I'm rubbish at cooking lol

@ShazbatDesigns Two rashers about 55 calories for both oven bake or use fry light ..I know all the tricks now. If you like mushrooms add loads too for so little calories, bulks it out, fuller for longer

@HelenBladette Ideally I need to lose about 2.5 stone to get to a weight I'm happy with. Hopefully now lighter nights are coming I can get out a bit more with the dogs so a bit more exercise should help

I get it, calorie deficit works however you do it, I don’t get caught up on the scales sometimes it doesn’t move for a week or two then all of a sudden it’s down 4lb. Allsorts affects the scales but it often upsets people if their weekly efforts don’t show as weight loss so we give up. I only get on every two weeks now, if you’re definitely in calorie deficit the fat is shifting. Not sure you’ve that much to lose from what I recall anyway!

@HelenBladette I've tried the fasting diet which seemed to be working but it only lasted a short while then the body got used to the change in diet plus spending too much time sitting down due to work 🤷

@ShazbatDesigns I just eat to survive now .. seems to work for me, strange when food was my everything

@HelenBladette I vaguely remember being thin & could eat absolutely anything without putting weight on then I had kids & haven't managed to shift the weight since lol

British blokes…. I’ve purchased several “tins” of Heinz (British) beans because the idea of beans on toast intrigues me. I eagerly anticipate a tasting. Other than toasting bread and heating beans… Are there any other steps/ingredients?
