i've had a lot of people messaging me about why i'm suddenly leaving SheFi i normally don't do this, but i feel like i owe it to myself to share my side of the story and not to be dramatic but honestly alix earle and alex cooper's fight pales in comparison to what just happened between me and @maggielove_ just kidding lol 🙈 but, for real, after almost 2 years being chief of staff at @shefiorg, i'm both sad and excited to announce last week was my last when i started at SheFi, i had really only done creative freelance work to fund a year and a half traveling around the world. i came back to New York eager but slightly lost, not sure who would take a chance on me. i couldn't be more grateful for @maggielove_ (and @DeanKD_ @jonwu_ who interviewed me!!) for being those people while at SheFi, i definitely learned, grew, and made mistakes. but i also: -spearheaded growing the community from 12k to over 30k members -worked on 1M+ in partnership deals with incredible partner teams -ran 500+ person summits in Bangkok, Denver, and Buenos Aires -hosted our first creator event -hosted our first curated dinners in Buenos Aires and New York -launched our first membership club (well, soon 👀) -learned OpenClaw, built AI bots and automated operations -learned how to interview and brought on the wonderful @BU___UB -and, of course, met the most amazing women around the world but, i recently moved to London; i only know a few people in the city, and i'm a very social person! SheFi is all remote, and the past few months i've found myself struggling with the isolation, the time difference, and trying to build a life here. in a role as intense as CoS, you have to be all in - and i knew i couldn't contribute my best at SheFi anymore while i'm sad to leave, i'm excited to watch @shefiorg grow and continue their amazing work. i'm so thankful for such an incredible introduction to the world of startups, tech, and crypto, and for the experiences and people along the way so, i have a lot of people asking me what's next, and honestly, i don't know! my passion has always been traveling, so the next 5 weeks i'm off to remote Indonesia, South Korea, and Mongolia. i'll be making some content about it on my instagram instagram.com/ela.travels, so feel free to give it a follow! i'll be looking for my next opportunity in july, so feel free to tg or dm me if you're interested in chatting and have an office (and awesome team) in London that's all for now. thanks to everyone who has made this journey incredible! ❤️

Six years ago I started teaching women about crypto. I thought that was the goal. But after personally training 30,000+ women across more than 100 countries, After 16 cohorts. 8 SheFi Summits. Long-term collaborations with, Coinbase, PayPal, Aave, Consensys, Fidelity’s Center for Applied Technology, I recently realized teaching women crypto was only a small part of the mission. And the real mission is building a community where women show up for each other. So I’m proud and more than a little scared to announce SheFi Inner Circle: a career-focused membership that gets you to the next level. Why I’m building this now: It was obvious what SheFi was about from the moment we came together as a community. In 2021, I gathered 10 women around a table. We were talking tech: wallets and DeFi and token strategy. But then someone said something real: “SheFi helped me pivot into a career in crypto. And that job gave me the financial independence to leave a marriage I’d been afraid to leave.” At the time @portergeer was on my team. We both looked at each other and immediately started crying. That early gathering made me go all-in on SheFi as a community. I realized that getting us together was where the true power was. Not just in knowledge but belonging. But as the room got bigger, the intimacy got smaller. We now have a global movement of tens of thousands of women. What we need isn’t just better content and bigger sponsors. We need more of what makes SheFi truly magical: knowing the woman next to you. I've been hearing this for two years. So I'm finally building it. What’s inside the Inner Circle: The Inner Circle is a career-focused membership for women already in motion. You have a career. You have skills. You might be building something new, but you're not starting from scratch. You're looking for peers who meet you where you are now. Here’s what you’ll get: 6 career workshops a year on storytelling, personal branding, and career, led by industry execs like @amandacassatt (CEO, Serotonin) and Lindsay Mason (Recruiting Lead, Coinbase). A peer pod of women you’ll actually get to know, matched by career stage. Monthly live group affirmation and intention sessions. Mindset is a skill. Creative power is real. Product and event discounts from Coingecko, Trezor, and more. Who this is for: This is for women who want to get to the next level with their peers. Who know that getting to where we want to go can’t be done alone. Who know that it is in giving that we receive. SheFi cohorts will stay the same. Scholarships aren’t going anywhere.
