Last week, we were happy to launch the SheFi Ukraine 🇺🇦 chapter! In 2022, Maria had to start her life from scratch in a new country. Now, she's part of the global community but stays connected to Ukraine’s tech scene. 🪙 "Stablecoins is the big thing, and they are changing lives in Argentina and Turkey, and will change the global payment system," - @0xt0n1, CTO at @m0, brought the tech perspective on stablecoins and DeFi. Antonina also noted that while community tribalism exists in crypto, education makes it easier than ever to join and build. 💬 "Empathy and attention to detail are what make people trust you," - @ohdatskate, BD & Sales Lead at @sideshiftai, reminded us that relationships are everything, especially in crypto BD. In the onchain space, real human connection still wins. Kate found her new job through her network and knows this from the firsthand. 🎯 The discussion proved: Ukrainian women don’t just adapt, they lead. They code, manage, sell, and inspire in an industry that’s still finding its balance. Web3 isn’t just about tech. It’s about resilience, community, and shared purpose. It's something Ukrainians know by heart💙💛

Communities where women can ask questions without feeling judged. Opportunities that reflect ability, not culture. Her perspective is a reminder that there is no single way to be a woman in Web3. Real pathways for women to participate fully and confidently in decentralized tech and finance.
