@_NuCheese @ilorikacid @ekentadaniel Like I said, you're not being sincere. The top 250 students( (by Jamb) that picked UNN did not all score 330+. Even if they did, some are in Engineering, some in Science, some in law, some in management. Just a fraction would be in medicine and by all metrics, he meets the cut.

He's from Anambra also, do you know how many intelligent students that state produces yearly ?not to mention other eastern states, the quota system is there so admission can be granted equally to students from all tribes

4 years ago, a day before my birthday, I was given admission into anatomy instead of MBBS, despite having As and Bs in WAEC and 331 in JAMB. My birthday was spent at that school pleading my case. I remember my dad being on his knees, asking them to reconsider.

It’s dangerous telling people they “need” luck or grace to succeed. It leaves room for manipulation by pastors. Luck and grace are outside your control. You can’t pray them into existence. What you can do is prepare. Because luck determines which opportunity appears but preparation determines whether you can capitalize on it. If you have no skill in engineering and you get luckily picked for an engineering job, you’re still going to fail at it. So focus on what you can control. Your effort, skills, and discipline. Let luck take care of itself.

I agree with you. The general rule of thumb is that your rent should be 30% or less of your income. Taking someone who earns ₦300k monthly as an example, that's ₦3.6m annually. A ₦1.2m annual rent would consume 33.3% of their income, which is above the recommended.....

Do not mention anything about the grade. And they may also have seen the grade already on your CV and never considered you unworthy of interview invite. I think your performance during the interview will determine your success. I will be surprised if they consider grade again.
