Um, this chart is from @BMcNoldy at the Univ of Miami. It shows incredibly hot--almost hot-tub hot--ocean water. He said: "I'm not sure I've ever seen the water around Florida look like this...at any time of year."

2 weeks after winning state in 300mh with a time of 37.90, I ran 400mh for the first time since last year's AAU season at New Balance Nationals. I improved my previous time of 55.05 and ran 54.08 placing 10th. I'm very excited to see my progression this season!!
