On Wednesday, my dad passed away, peacefully at home. He was the most wonderful, insightful, kind and gentle human you could ever hope to meet. We are heartbroken but forever grateful to @mariecurieuk @macmillancancer, district nurses and carers for making him so comfortable ❤️
