@kayloric Idk my phone is set to large or something (idk about inside the app itself) but it's never done this before. It just suddenly changed halfway through pacing this morning 😞💔

@selenitestars @starvingsilver Tbf my doctor is really chill. Tried to prescribe me antidepressants at the same time as the melatonin but I didn't want them at the time. He just be handing out things without a care in the world after a single conversation, I swear 😭

@Sheepeth101 @starvingsilver nah i had it perscribed like a year ago and they give me it whenever through repeat prescription without getting me to do any testing beforehand. guess it just depends on the doctor

i want melatonin but they do not sell and refuse to prescribe in the uk 🫩

@selenitestars @starvingsilver No bcuz same, when I was 12-14yrs they prescribed me melatonin the second I mentioned sleeping troubles 😭 im also England. (Didn't work for me so I stopped taking it after a few months, that was yrs ago so I don't know if they're more cautious bout prescribing it these days?)

@starvingsilver huh? i literally told my camhs person i struggle with sleeping and they immediately just gave me a 2mg-4mg melatonin prescription that i told to the pharmacy the next day😭 have it on repeat prescription too (im in england)
