I like doing deadlifts to overhead presses, I've moved on from 7.5kg (2 dumbbells, so 15kg ) to 15kg (30kg)! Curls are also the same weight ☺️ There were some people who were doubting they were kg rather than lb which makes me happy because it means I've gotten strong! I'll double check on Monday but I know the dumbbells are in kg for sure 🥳
