Incredible how county cricket is irrelevant to England, until they need it. I honestly don't give a damn about England these days.

@ENG2Stars1Day I love watching Forest but equally we started watching Hallam FC ten years ago and enjoy that just as much. But ultimately, Trent Bridge is where my heart is really.

@SheffieldOutlaw Yep. All about picking up the Premier League cash it seems. Winning trophies is irrelevant. Modern football is literally a pale imitation of the game that I was lucky enough to follow in my youth.

Looking at the team selection Forest don't really care about winning the Europa. So what's the point of it all? Is success now considered to be just being a lower Premier League team, rather than the glory of actually winning something? 😕

@TheMiddleStump 100% agree. T20 is at its best when it's a contest. I always think 180-190 is the perfect score. 75 mins per innings like the Blast is perfect too.

To me cricket is a contest between bat and ball. Watching people swing through the line and hitting sixes over 50 yard boundaries is not the game I love.

@IanMurrayHall Next year Joe will be a youth, so where we sit in Upper Trent will cost us £72 for a Cat A game (at this seasons prices), plus the cost of memberships.

I was thinking of getting a ticket for #nffc v Liverpool: £55 or even £60. How can people, particularly anyone taking children, afford these prices?
