Lagos has been eating Nigeria's money for 60 years and cannot even manage to look better than Cotonou. Embarrassing.

Remember when the Senate under Akpabio gave the president a go ahead to suspend a sitting governor? Right now, after helping Wike to destroy Rivers state, he is building Akwa Ibom. He is attracting what is supposed to be built in Rivers to be in Akwa Ibom. President Bola Tinubu approves Akwa Ibom State as the Headquarters of the newly established South South Development Commission (SSDC), picked 21-story smart building in Uyo as the Cooperation Headquarters. He has also appointed Senator Bassey Albert(OBA) as Chairman of the commission. As the saying goes, if you sell your brother, his buyer will never trust you.

Two months ago, I applied for a contract and didn't get it. Someone else did. I moved on. This morning, I received a mail saying I got the contract. Something felt off immediately. I did my checks and confirmed it was a scam. So I played along. The fraudster put a WhatsApp number in the mail. I reached out. He told me he was awarded the contract through connections and was willing to sell it to me for 500k. I agreed. I offered to drive down and pay in person. He said he wasn't around and asked me to do a transfer instead. I told him my bank account had issues and since it was the weekend, I couldn't fix it. I offered 300k cash through a POS as part payment. He agreed immediately. Even dropped the remaining 200k balance entirely. That eagerness told me everything I needed to know. I walked to the nearest POS and asked the attendant the deposit charge for 300k. He said 2k. I called the fraudster back and told him I had no extra cash for the POS charge and he needed to send 5k to the attendant directly. He hesitated and I just ignored him. Five minutes later, he called back asking for the account details. He sent the 5k. I blocked him, turned to the POS attendant, and said: "Enjoy your weekend." These people are bold but they are not smart. They're mostly successful with greedy people and I'm not one 🤝 Above all, love God.

Every Nigerian Should be Scared Now El-Rufai’s mother died. And because of that, not because of any court order, or because of any legal process, they let him out of detention. Think about what that means for a second. A former governor of Kaduna State, a Nigerian citizen with constitutional rights, was only granted his freedom because his family was in mourning. Not justice but grief. That is the country we are living in right now. This man has been locked up since February 16, 2026. Over 40 days. No bail granted or substantive hearing concluded. His bail application was literally still pending, the court had fixed March 31st to rule on it. So while the judiciary was still doing its work, the ICPC quietly released him on “compassionate grounds”. Tell me, on whose legal authority? Who gave them the power to play God with a man’s liberty outside the courtroom? Because last time I checked, that’s what judges are for. Now let’s talk about the pile-on, because this is where it gets really ugly. It wasn’t just one agency. It wasn’t just one charge. They sent in the EFCC first, ₦423 billion misappropriation allegation. Then the ICPC re-arrested him. Then the DSS filed a separate three-count charge at the Federal High Court over allegations of intercepting phone calls belonging to the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu. Three agencies with three charges. One man….as how na. In any serious democracy, lawyers have a word for this pattern: persecution. In Nigeria, the government calls it “fighting corruption”. The difference matters. And it gets worse. On February 19th, the ICPC raided his Abuja home. El-Rufai has since filed a N1 billion lawsuit against them, claiming the search warrant was invalid and the entire operation was unlawful. He’s asking the court to throw out every single piece of evidence collected that day. If he’s right, and the courts will decide, then this entire prosecution is built on a broken, illegal foundation. They locked a man up for over a month based on evidence that may not even be admissible. That is not law enforcement it is theatre with handcuffs. And through all of this? The ICPC released no official statement about the terms of his release today. No press conference or conditions disclosed or transparency whatsoever. A government agency holds a high-profile citizen for 40+ days, then quietly opens the door when his mum dies, and says nothing to the public. This is how you know it was never purely about the law. Because the law demands accountability. This government demands obedience. Listen to what I need you to understand, this is not about whether you like El-Rufai. Many people don’t, and that’s valid. But rights are not reserved for people you admire. The Constitution doesn’t say “you get bail unless we really don’t like you”. It doesn’t say “three agencies can chase you at once if Twitter agrees you’re guilty”. It doesn’t say “you can go home when tragedy strikes your family”. If they can do this to a former governor, a man with lawyers, political connections, and a national profile, imagine what they do to ordinary Nigerians who can’t fight back. Who have no cameras on them. Whose mothers can die and nobody opens any doors. This government is not fighting corruption. It is weaponising the anti-corruption architecture to eliminate political threats. And the most dangerous part? They’re doing it in broad daylight, daring you to say something. So say something.

This man scammed the entire country, with his Nigeria Air project, in a way that made Nigerians look dumb. Also, by the EFCC file, he stole to an extent that he got his daughter & her husband into the scam. He declared support for Tinubu and suddenly, the EFCC lost his file.✍️

Sexual lust and immorality are not just physical issues—they are deeply spiritual. They defile the spirit man, weaken your authority, and quietly cripple your destiny. Many people treat lust casually, but in the realm of the spirit, it is a serious leakage of virtue. That is why Job made a powerful declaration in Job 31:1: “I have made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a young woman.” Job understood something many believers ignore today—that what you allow through your eyes can corrupt your heart. Lust does not begin in the act; it begins in the gaze, in the imagination, in the secret place of thoughts. By the time it becomes physical, it has already taken root within. Your eyes are a gateway. What you consistently look at will eventually shape your desires, and your desires will influence your decisions. That is why discipline at the level of sight is critical for anyone who wants to walk in purity and power. Look at Joseph. Joseph did not try to negotiate with lust. He did not try to “manage” the situation. He FLED. When faced with Potiphar’s wife, he ran for his life (Genesis 39). Why? Because he understood that some battles are not meant to be fought—they are meant to be escaped. If Joseph had stayed, if he had entertained the moment, if he had reasoned within himself, his destiny would have been compromised. Sometimes, your victory is in your escape. Many destinies today are delayed, diverted, or completely destroyed because of sexual immorality. Not because people are not gifted. Not because they are not called. But because they are entangled. Sexual sin has a unique consequence—it binds the soul. It creates attachments, drains spiritual strength, and opens doors to guilt, shame, and confusion. A man who is constantly battling lust will struggle with consistency in prayer, sensitivity in the spirit, and boldness in purpose. You will notice it: Prayer becomes difficult The Word loses sweetness Conviction becomes weaker Discipline starts to fade Why? Because your spiritual energy is being leaked. Lust feeds the flesh but starves the spirit. And let’s be honest—sexual fantasies are not harmless. They are rehearsals. What you continuously imagine, you are empowering. Those thoughts are seeds, and if not uprooted, they will grow into actions. Sexual fantasies are destiny clutches. They hold you back quietly. They reduce your focus. They weaken your will. They make you settle for temporary pleasure at the cost of eternal purpose. But there is hope. You can rise above it. It begins with a decision—a covenant like Job made. A personal standard. A line you refuse to cross, not because people are watching, but because God is. Guard your eyes. Guard your thoughts. Guard your environment. Flee when necessary. Block what needs to be blocked. Distance yourself from triggers. You are not weak for avoiding certain things—you are wise. And most importantly, stay connected to God. Purity is not just about saying “no” to sin; it is about saying “yes” to God consistently. The more you fill yourself with His presence, His Word, and His Spirit, the less room lust will have to operate. You are not called to be a slave to your desires. You are called to walk in dominion. Your destiny is too great to be traded for moments of pleasure. Your calling is too valuable to be exchanged for temporary satisfaction. Make the covenant. Choose purity. Protect your destiny.

This morning, a neighbor almost died from one small mistake 😳 Around 6am, we heard loud screaming from the flat opposite us: “Help me o! Egba mi o!” My husband and I froze. “Abi robbers?” But this estate is heavily secured—so that didn’t add up. The screaming didn’t stop. We rushed out and knocked for minutes before their daughter opened the door, shaking and crying: “Na my father… my father wan die!” We ran inside. He was on the floor—barely breathing, holding his chest, completely weak. “Wetin happen??” His wife said he woke up, went to the fridge, took an energy drink… and less than 10 minutes later, he collapsed. No wasting time—we carried him straight to the hospital. At the emergency unit, his pulse was weak. Oxygen immediately. A few minutes later, the doctor came out and said: “Madam, go and thank God o. If una no bring am on time, your husband for don die today.” She shouted: “Ah God forbid! My husband no go die!” The doctor looked at her and said: “Madam, no be God forbid matter. Tell your husband to stay away from energy drinks like a plague.” My husband just looked at me… because he drinks it too 😅 We really need to be careful about the drinks we consume.

A Nigerian man has reportedly won a court case against his ex-girlfriend after sponsoring her education with the understanding that they would get married after graduation. According to the case, the lady’s family allegedly agreed to the arrangement before he took full responsibility for her schooling. But after she finished, she declined marriage, saying she was no longer interested. The court ruled that while no one can be forced into marriage, there was a clear expectation and agreement, and her decision caused financial and emotional loss to the man. She has now been ordered to pay ₦15 million in damages.
