@MsMurphy_1@Keurig I was sent the wrong coffee maker, I’ve called customer service multiple times. It’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t been in contact about my replacement
@Keurig Why is your customer support awful? Emailed twice, got cutoff Live Chat twice and after over half hour waiting on phone the person took my account info and disappeared. Bottom line my 6 month old machine does not work and I am not satisfied!
@Twitter saw it first. 5 phone calls, 2 emails, a better business bureau complaint and I still can’t get @Keurig to simply send me what I paid for or even contact me back.
@Keurig I was sent the incorrect brewer. I have called multiple times since 9/10/21. I keep being told that the issue is being escalated, but here we are 2 weeks later with a brewer that I did not order. It is very unfortunate as a new keurig customer.
