Proud to launch our mine action operations in partnership with @maglebanon with support from the Netherlands. Together, we’re working to make communities safer and free from the threat of landmines and explosive remnants of war.

As part of the BMZ-funded project implemented with Welthungerhilfe, food parcels and hygiene kits were distributed to displaced families in Jezzine and Zahrani. This support helps meet urgent needs and improve living conditions for families facing difficult circumstances.

Successfully conducted a refresher training before restarting demining operations in Lebanon, in collaboration with MAG and supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lebanon.

In uncertain times, small moments of togetherness matter more than ever. At the Tyre shelter, SHEILD Association, in collaboration with Norwegian People’s Aid and Plan International, brought women and children together for a day of connection, laughter, and simple joys.

Since March 2026, we’ve supported communities affected by war across food assistance, relief, protection, and essential services especially in South Lebanon and hard-to-reach areas. With partners, we continue reaching those most in need and supporting recovery.

EORE saves lives. In shelters, it brings awareness and protection when it matters most. At SHEILD, we deliver sessions before, during, and after conflict,because safety can’t wait. Thank you to our dedicated team for making a difference every day.

In shelters, our team delivered EORE sessions for children, with Sukkar leading the way. What began as play turned into moments of laughter, questions, and understanding that stay beyond the session.

Safety is a shared responsibility. When one person learns about explosive risks, they protect not only themselves—but their entire community. Awareness spreads. And so does safety. ⚠️

On this International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, we reaffirm our commitment to a safer world, free from the threat of landmines and explosive remnants of war.

Continuing coordinated efforts to ensure timely and equitable delivery of aid, this convoy is heading to Marjaayoun with essential humanitarian supplies.

Humanitarian convoy reaches Rmeich south 🇱🇧 . In coordination w/ @HaneenSayed_LB & the disaster risk reduction unit @WFPLebanon @UNHCRLebanon @UNICEFLebanon @UNFPA @SheildAssoc @PlanGlobal delivered relief aid to hard-to-reach families cut off by the escalation.

Kitchens are still running, and the support continues. Hot meals are being delivered to shelters in South Lebanon and Beirut, bringing comfort and nourishment to displaced families who need it most.

Happening now. Over 500 ready to eat rations delivered now to displaced families in Tyre. & hot meals to families displaced in Beirut and Saida just in time for Iftar. @WFP remains on the ground and ready to respond as needs rise.

As communities come together in a month centered on giving and mercy, our response efforts continue on the ground in Tyre and Beirut ensuring families receive warm, dignified meals despite the challenges of war.
