came across notes i took after every therapy session i had and it’s good to see that a lot has changed but it’s also bittersweet to know that i’ve been asking for the same thing from romantic partners for the last 5 years. i’ve grown plenty. some came close, others fell short.

-my husband paid off the entirety of my credit card debt
-health care
-3 meals a day
-friendship
-true love
-hobbies that aren’t related to social media
-reading books because u will find u are not as alone in ur feelings as u believe to be

I don’t understand how anyone could not be suicidal. I can’t imagine a life without suicidal ideation. It seems so foreign.
