Incredible 2nd day at the @AABC_Hoops clinic. 4th year it’s been put on and 4th year I have been. It’s hands down the sports best clinic in all of Alabama! It was great catching up with a lot of coaches. Bama is blessed with the best HS bball coaches. Can’t wait for next year! Shoutout @egarrison_

The Wildcats’ streak atop Area 8 continues! Shelby County overcame a tight early start to put the pedal down late and pull away for another dominant win. This feels like the year for a deep run.

We will have Shelby County vs. Central-Clay County for the area title shortly. Vols need two to clinch the area crown.
This tournament was historically notorious for running really late but having it at SCHS with a second field has been an incredible setup.

🥎 Final: Central-Clay County 15, Briarwood 7. (Class 5A, Area 8 Elimination Game) The Lions' season is over after the Vols reversed Briarwood's blowout win in the semifinals with a big first inning here. Briarwood remains a young and growing team with tons of talent returning.

Keep your eye on this kid the next 2 years! Not only started as a freshman but was a KEY player for the wildcats! He can score at all 3 levels, high IQ, and great defensive awareness.
