All inclusive holidays are for idiots. You stay inside the complex for 2 weeks doing fuck all, eating the same shit food, not exploring new cultures or seeing the sights and then tell people you went to another country.

Prior to that Rateable Value was based on properties value.
Any new tax will be based on a value at a given date.
Council tax is well overdue a revaluation.
There policy will continue that practise and therefore be workable.
