We didn't have the traditional Memorial Day grilling this year as Mr. Shipwreck had to work, so instead we did Crockpot Beef Gyros with homemade Tzatziki sauce which turned out EXCELLENT. 10/10 on the list of things to do with pot roast. Enjoy this freebie.

@shipwreckshow Organic white onion. Has to be organic. Brown the roast. Both sides. Remove. Add your onions, I use homemade butter, til translucent. Add roast. Fill up halfway with water. Let it simmer 4-6 hours depending on size. Add water as needed. Let almosf all the water evaporate

This is a Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs home) tradition, the visiting team sends their rookies outside the stadium in their uniforms to fetch coffee for the rest of the team. ☕️
The Houston Astros appear to have a lot of rookies! 😳
My guy has a clipboard I guess to take attendance and make sure they are all partaking. 😂
