Managing Director of SNEPCo, Ron Adams who is also the sponsor of the Women in Shell Network in Nigeria, pledged commitment to supporting network’s work in line with Shell’s broader DEI ambition. He said women now represent 44% of Shell’s Executive Committee, a powerful signal that “inclusion is achievable within our lifetime, not a distant aspiration.” He added: 🎤 “I encourage everyone to listen for the actionable insight: - the one behaviour to start, - the one practice to stop, and - the one door to open for someone else before the month ends. If each of us commits to these three moves, the cumulative effect will be felt throughout the organisation and beyond.” #InternationalWomensDay2026 #GiveToGain #PowerfulTogether #WomenInShellNigeria #PoweringProgress

Shell Nigeria Gas (SNG) MD, Ralph said investors need “a stable, fast and transparent implementation” of rules while a fair pricing regime could be achieved with “the right incentives to grow pipeline gas” which would also attract more investments. On infrastructure ownership models, he called for the completion of ongoing projects and ensuring the reliability of the Escravos-Lagos Pipeline System through “clear service standards.” He said Government could also encourage investments in gas distribution through “demand aggregation.” “We need to create a friendly business environment and a clear plan (e.g., industrial parks or designated zones) so demand is clustered. That makes it easier for a distributor to get a license, invest, and build shared infrastructure that serves many industries—not just one or two.” go.shell.com/40dTIkT #SPE #LEW2026 #TheGasPartnerOfChoicePoweringNigeria #PoweringProgress

Shell is in solidarity with World Hearing Day. Shell meetings typically begin with safety briefings where virtual participants are urged to manage the output of their headsets so as not to block out surrounding sounds. This is both for reasons of safety and for health and general well-being. #WorldHearingDay #PoweringProgress

SNEPCo MD, Ron Adams points out that “Nigeria continues to demonstrate that Africa remains investable,” 🎤 “When there is long-term predictability of the investment climate in terms of competitive and stable fiscal and regulatory frameworks, risks can be actively managed to unlock significant capital for growth and development even in challenging environments.” He pointed out that the vision of the government for the Nigerian energy sector demonstrated in reforms and constructive engagements with regulators, operators and co-venturers has contributed immensely in “boosting investor confidence and reducing uncertainties.” 🎤🎤 The improved investment climate has yielded positive results with SNEPCo’s FIDs on Bonga North in 2024 and HI the following year. This is a good example for Africa, he said. 🎤 🎤 🎤 Adams noted that Bonga’s sustained performance for over two decades was a direct outcome of SNEPCo’s commitment to safety leadership, disciplined maintenance philosophy, operational excellence, and continuous investments in human capital. He said Bonga’s operational performance not only strengthens investor confidence but also helps to attract investments in the deep-water sector in the country. “Nigeria shows that Africa’s oil and gas projects can compete globally when technical excellence meets regulatory alignment and local content capability. The Nigerian experience provides a blueprint for unlocking capital, accelerating project timelines, and sustaining value creation across Africa’s evolving energy landscape.” go.shell.com/3ZSmDea #SAIPEC2026 #PoweringProgress
