𝗨𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗥𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔'𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬. 𝗔 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗥𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢 𝗣𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗧. When I went to Rwanda to do a documentary on the country and M23 in February 2025, I left believing that Rwanda was a Western puppet. But after getting on the ground, I realised Rwanda is a shining example of African pride and capability - an example the West doesn’t want the world to see. I also saw how a group of Rwandan-speaking Congolese people who were separated into Congo by Leopold, have been force to form M23, to resist being pushed out of their ancestral land (former Rwandan soil before Leopold) Eastern Congo by the Congolese army, the UN and Western mercenaries, for Western companies to take over the minerals. It is then I realized how much of a threat Rwanda was to the west for having solidarity with their Congolese brothers. In my documentary, I expose these realizations, which got my videos blocked by TikTok, while most of my social media pages were subsequently suppressed for exposing the truth about Rwanda and Congo. Now, yesterday, the US government sanctioned Rwanda's military, saying they're causing human rights violations in Congo. I think as Africans, we now know that when the West sanctions you, it's because you're serving Africa and threatening imperialism. Let’s recognize Rwanda for the revolutionary movement that they are.
