@Shentel Do better. If you're going to be down for 3 f***-ing days. At least send an email. Or better yet.. tech support could answer the damn phone for once. I have been on hold for 30 minutes plus 2 or 3 times today and still not reached a human being. Get your shit together.!

Thanks to @Shentel providing piss poor quality upload, I'm canceling my streams moving forward until they fix these problems that have been occurring since last May. It's not what I want to do, but I can't keep providing y'all with bad quality and disconnects.

@Shentel Thank you for replying. I realize that I was highly annoyed when I posted that, but it’s been a point of aggravation over the last nearly a year. My upload crashes every 20 minutes like clockwork and most of the techs and maintenance people don't test long enough to see it.

So, @Shentel came and installed new boxes at my house and somehow screwed up my cable AND my internet. They can't come to fix it until Tuesday. #ShentelFail
