While trading, I noticed that whenever I exited my positions in profit, the trades were correctly shown as closed on the chart and dashboard. However, in the trade history, those same trades continued to appear as open even after being closed. Due to this discrepancy, my actual profits were not reflected in my account.
Additionally, on that same day, some trades were executed automatically in my account without my authorization. Because of these ghost trades and the incorrect trade history, my account eventually showed losses and was marked as “failed.” I would like to clarify that this situation occurred due to a platform error or technical glitch, and not due to any mistake on my part.
As of today, I can see that the losses caused by those open positions and ghost orders have been removed from my account, which I appreciate. However, my account status is still showing as “failed,” which is incorrect since the issue has already been partially resolved.
Furthermore, one of my profitable trades is still missing from my order history. I placed this trade at approximately 12:11:54 PM, and it generated a profit of more than $3,000. I had closed this trade using a trailing stop loss, but the entry is not show in my order history and the profit has not been credited.
I kindly request you to:
Restore my account status so I can resume trading
Correct the missing trade and reflect the profit accurately
Ensure all issues caused by the earlier glitch are fully resolved

On 23 March 2026, I executed multiple trades on XAU/USD (Gold). In one instance, I opened a short position around 4235$ price . The trade went into profit, and I manually closed it. The position was closed from my side and appeared closed everywhere initially. However, in the trade history, the profit was not reflected, and the position was still showing as open.
I refreshed the platform multiple times, but the issue persisted. Later, the same trade was automatically closed by the system, but instead of showing profit, it showed a loss. This was not due to my actions
A similar issue occurred in at least four trades where:
I had closed trades in profit
The platform did not reflect the profit
Positions appeared stuck or incorrectly open
Eventually, trades were closed by the system with losses.

I was holding this trade with a trailing stop loss. This trade reached at least $7000 profit, but the profit was never reflected in my account.
2. After almost 2 hours, when the market moved in the opposite direction, the system automatically closed it:

XAU/USD — Buy (Market) | 03/23, 02:12:11 PM | 1.000 @ 4254.39
However, I had already manually closed this trade earlier while it was in profit.
3. Following this, multiple trades were affected:
* Order ID: 28927175 → Sell @ 4265.72
* Order ID: 28990434 → Sell @ 4296.28
* Order ID: 28992838 → Buy (Stop Loss) @ 4294.75
* Order ID: 29001276 → Buy @ 4307.55
These trades were also in profit, but they were closed much later by the system due to errors, even though I had already closed them manually.
4. Additionally, an unauthorized trade was opened without my action:

XAU/USD — Sell (Market) | 03/23, 03:32:23 PM | 1.000 @ 4255.50
I did not open this trade myself.
Whenever my trades went into profit (especially above $1000), the platform started showing errors. This issue happened multiple times.
The most concerning points are:

* My P&L is still showing around $1000 profit even after the breach
* Some positions were showing as open even after the breach
I have video proof of all these events, clearly showing that I closed trades in profit.

I purchased a $100,000 account, but I still haven’t received proper access. Whenever I try to log in using my email, it shows that my account is “not active.” After making such a large payment, not getting basic access is extremely disappointing.
