A year ago, this was around the time my sister and I were in the thick of taking care of Mom, as her cancer progressed. It was an extremely stressful time. Been having more dreams lately about her, and i assume the time of year is why. Feels so long ago...yet not :(

I should note here there's a difference between made-to-measure and bespoke. MTM means the garment was adjusted off a pre-made block pattern and then produced straight to finish (no basted or forward fitting). It also prob doesn't include much handwork or ironwork.

I find the "crisis in cosmology" reactionary stuff funny. The JWST is a powerful telescope. The data it is collecting is putting our established theories to the test. Which is cool, and not surprising that some theories might need reworking

224.6 on the scale today. That's about 24lbs down from my heaviest, and 10lbs down from when i resumed weight loss again. Still a lot more to go, but happy with my progress.
