It is much easier to hide corruption when the system is extremely inefficient. However, corruption sticks out like a sore thumb in an efficient system.

This is incredibly transparent and has been an ongoing issue for years in family courts. Fathers across the country have been abused and used by the family court systems as payees for unfit mothers. I have documented my own daughter's statements of abuse, the mother has admitted to in court hearings, minimizing the harm caused, and I still have no custody. I was the stay-at-home parent for 2+ years and have been financially exhausted defending myself against dozens of extreme allegations from her, with ALL being dismissed and she faces ZERO consequences and still has sole custody. We were not married and they have ignored MCL 722.27(1)(c) and many other statutes and procedures to keep me from having my daughter overnight so that the mother keeps child support and full state aid. (Housing voucher, food stamps, utilities) please help us fathers get fair treatment and protect our children Elon. 🙏

Please help us father's in family courts around the country as well! 🙏 my daughter has been physically and emotionally abused. I had it on record, I always record the mother when we meet. The court has done NOTHING. They claim I could've coached her so they won't act on it... the mother has kept me financially exhausted for months with a PPO I appealed, over 10 diff extreme accusations. Even interrogated our child about SA for 12 mins on record her friend sent me. I sent this and proof of over a dozen lies in her filings and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SHE STILL HAS SOLE CUSTODY. She even took our daughter on a three-night affair with someone she met a day previously. I've sent text proof and NOTHING. It's enough to make someone so disgusted they lose hope but im still fighting. I'm reaching out to civil rights lawyers now but please, please help us. Take away these disgusting Judge's and Referee's judicial immunity so they can be held accountable - or anything that can help us fathers around the country. Please help us protect our children 🙏

Please look into removing judicial immunity for judges in family court. Father's across the country are having custody taken away to unfit mothers who hurt our children. My own story involves her mother taking our daughter to a three-night affair, with her coming back to talk about momma sleeping with a stranger and kissing. She still has sole custody and has not presented one thing I have done wrong. I was the stay-at-home dad for 2+ years before our separation and have to pay 500/month in child support w no overnights due to having to move back in with my mother and not being independent enough.. meanwhile she is on full state aid -housing, utility, food stamps, and does not work and has abused our daughter physically and emotionally. Please help us save our children 🙏
