@SherKhanCodes Love this. First priority, add bank sync plus smart auto-categorization and rules, so it stops feeling like admin hell and can surface proactive alerts like you’re trending over budget on dining.

“Build in public” does not mean leak your leverage. That part gets romanticized by people who are not negotiating with customers, investors, acquirers, or competitors. Some things should stay closed: revenue details customer names enterprise objections churn reasons roadmap bets weak spots competitors can use But you can still be valuable. Share: lessons frames mistakes decisions customer patterns market shifts taste standards You do not need to show the ledger to build trust. You need to show the judgment.
