@delulu_adeola It wasn’t easy. I learned the basics and the current stuff I needed at the same time in the shortest time. Over time, I developed a method of learning new stuff and applying it directly, which makes whatever I learn stick.

@eke_ng_ The M.Sc. course itself consists of Physics, Chemistry, and Electrical Engineering, basically Nanotechnology. But I fell in love with the energy storage domain, hence the switch to Chemistry.

Why do some Nigerians love adding unnecessary titles behind their names like PhD, JP, FNIS, FCILRM, ICAN, FIMC, MNSE, FCA, MCIPM, FICA, ACIS, FIoD, FNIM, FCIS, etc? And still, their work doesn’t reflect half their titles. What exactly is the purpose? Meanwhile, the people changing the world just write “Elon Musk”, “Aliko Dangote” or “Peter Obi”. No extra letters. The obsession with titles is why mediocrity hides under “professional recognition.” We’ve turned professional associations into ego badges.
