Literally all I want to do is work and focus on my commissions, but my family don't take my work seriously and they take up all my time at home doing housework for all, I have no problem doing it for myself, the problem is that I'm the only one who has to take care of the house..

I'm doing everything I can to make sure at least the second floor has everything it needs: a stove, gas, microwave, mini-fridge, etc. I've run out of savings, but if this gets them to leave me alone, then fine..

Everything went well🙏I'm reorganizing dates, but now I'm experiencing a huge change in my house that I just don't think I'll ever get used to...

One of the reasons why I take so long to make art is because of the poses😭 Sometimes I don't know whether to use references or not; in the end, I end up using my own hand pose and still don't feel like it turned out well

I think I'm too slow at coloring illustrations😭 It takes me about 25+ hours, and a sketch takes me 3-4 hours. I'll be sending progress updates on my sketch commissions tomorrow because I didn't think it would take me any longer🥹

I had an idea for those who want to remain anonymous: I could send them a private code via DM so only they would know which commission is theirs… but I’m not sure if that would be a hassle for clients hehe ;;v;;

I have a question for clients 🤔: do you prefer to have your usernames displayed in the artist’s public queue, or not? (Trello, VGen Queue, etc.)

the bare minimum feels almost like a flex now with the number of irresponsible artists / scammers out there 😭 also a reminder to my current & future potential clients that i have a public queue that is updated regularly on my cutely decorated trello! 💖 (it’s linked on my vgen) i only work on one comm at a time so my queue is very clean to track 🙂‍↕️
