Work plans until the end of 2024: • Publish a new horror splatterpunk book. • Work as a ghostwriter for 30 people in web3 simultaneously (9 atm). • Work as a lore writer for at least 50% of upcoming projects (7 atm, a big goal tho). • Have a minimum of 20 new students.

@shanicucic96 All true what you said. Also: would be great if teams also pay solid. I've seen AAA projects paying 2-5$ per collab with 6-7 figure marketing budget.

Solid/decent web 2 teams driven by incompetent advisors and shady collab managers screwing up everything. Learn or hire the right people to put some basic web 3 sense. Don’t show off with your Ex-GTA and EX-Ubisoft advisors who have no clue how web 3 operates. Free mint with zero royalties doesn’t mean you don’t give a fk about secondary buyers. Then make it a soul bound token and handpick those people. Using all possible measure to build hype and show high metrics to “raise more” funds and then screwing holders up isn’t web 3 culture. And on top of that shady collab mfers with zero transparency who eat it all.

Web 3 agency are the biggest scam you can waste your time on. What could be worse than spending hours, days, and weeks on some server and getting nothing out of it? "But, Max, that guy I know got a job there." He didn't get it there, he got it in the DMs, and he and the founder have known each other for a long time. What you're doing is boosting engagement for that same founder, because that founder never forgets to ping for his new post, but forgets to respond to your ticket. You're filling his pockets because he shows his customer how many people support him, and in return, those same people don't get anything. I recently had a very unpleasant conversation with people from an agency who don't even know by what criteria they're "choosing" people. And why would they choose? It's known who gets which job and how they get it. If you want a fair agency that actually provides real opportunities and education to their members, carve your path in @surgence_io. Everything else is wasting your time, and in return, you get lies and illusions while filling someone else's pocket.
