Day 7 of me asking @discord @discord_support to please do their job & connect me with a human who handles appeals, safety, to have a actual human review my appeal & case rather than their automated systems. It's actually so ridiculous I finally hear back on my appeal & the decision made is obviously automated/handled by ai because my 2nd discord account that was mass reported got the same email at the same time. Also super crazy that in my support ticket where i thoroughly listed out what happened I was later told they couldn't do anything for me despite encouraging people to put in support tickets to have things corrected. This has been such a heart breaking situation and makes me not even want to use discord anymore, but that is hard because it is tied to my livelihood. It's also clear when comparing and activity on my account that day with my long standing activities on discord since making my account in 2017 would not reflect similarly if the person who temporarily compromised my account and did some malicious activity to get it suspended or if it was due to them having a way to have bots mass report it and flood your system triggering your AI to ban it. Just overall not a good look from a company who has our data and says they do things to keep us save or promote avenues for help just to result in nothing or being given empty sorrys.
