Allow me to repost this, again. Cheska said it best when she said that for those outside of our fandom to use the term, it only means SB19's reach and influence is getting wider.
As such, this is my request:
This is a great opportunity for all of us to practice kindness.
At some point, in SB19's ascent to international fame, we'll all need to face the reality that there will be folks who will end up using terms traditionally used by A'tin without ever knowing their origins.
And sans a trademark that could fully support our stake on anything? The best we could all collectively do is be polite in expressing our disagreement over its use.
No snark. No shade. Just kindness. 🩵
P.S.
13 days na lang, Grammy Global Spin na. 15 days na lang, Lolla na. We can't let this drag the boys and make it any bigger than the positive hype we should be throwing on it.
