It’s suspicious why the Discayas revealed the Congs involved in kickbacks from 2022-2025. Why did they not reveal those involved from 2016-2022… just asking… The Discayas revealed that they were involved in Flood Control Projects since 2016.

OMG Tito Sotto is speaking like a lawyer! He sounds more like a lawyer than supposed actual lawyer Marcoleta. Tito Sotto is pressing (correctly) on the error of the Supreme Court in considering that the first three impeachment complaints were effectively dismissed on February 5 - because the SC thought that Feb. 5 was the last day for the House to hold session (aka adjournment sine die). In truth and in fact, adjournment sine die of the 19th Congress happened on June 13. This is important because the logic of the Leonen ponencia is that because there are no more session days after Feb. 5, the first three impeachment complaints could not be acted upon (or was negligently acted upon) and were effective dismissed on Feb. 5. But this is wrong - after Feb. 5, there were still three session days. And Feb. 5 was not the adjournment sine die. Sotto also sharply criticizes the Supreme Court - pag gusto, maraming paraan. Pag ayaw, madaming dahilan. He says, if the SC decision stands, then the past two impeachment trials of President Erap Estrada and Justice Corona are also null and void! Grabe!
