SP Blade in a way can be considered a kind of universal support. Currently there's no plan for SP Aventurine to be tied to Ashveil (that doesn't mean they can't be used together, but is not necessarily a must pick or the optimal team) -Via Galaxy & Anon/Mortis #HonkaiStarRail

@Erinari_Kyu @rati0logist I’m not saying he won’t get a dps novaflare, I’m saying I don’t think it’ll happen specifically for the reason of an FUA revival. If anything that will probably deter them initially in order to favor selling current dps. Also Ashveil is a subdps but so easily a dps

@Shining_Apollo @rati0logist Ratio is a main dps not a sub dps. Then if it's so, Blades and Jinglius novaflare shouldn't have happened, bc Castorice and Evernight are better than both of them. This doesn't make sense. Every old character will get eventually a novaflare, it only depends on meta & popularity

"Aventurine will be a fua dps" the concept of Aventurine powercreeping ratio and making sure he stays in the depth of t5 😭😭😭

@rati0logist @Erinari_Kyu I just mean when you consider how they work their ult is very similar but Ashveil gets immediately 3-5 FUAs and 3 upon being hit (kind of like ratio getting FUAs upon allies hitting) while also providing a lot of buffs/debuffs. Ratio would need like very major buffs to compete

@SammyDT85 @AraYuannn It has been leaked Ashveil (sub-dps), Blade (support), and Aventurine (dps) is all on the same team. The only thing we don’t know is if they get a sustain or if we’re just reusing one.

@swtcosmicapple @AraYuannn EMC sadly has their kit fully leaked. They’re basically Yao Guang but their ult only triggers one allies aha instant with 10 punchline.

@AraYuannn If not Pearl, could it be an EMC situation? RMC ended up being pretty good support for 3.X characters. I don't know much about Elation yet so forgive me if this question/theory is silly.

@duck_smuggling @AraYuannn I feel like it’s possible his aha instant can be considered FUA the way Fei Xiao’s ult is. That way he retains Ashveil’s buffs better than like Yao Guang and they can push for two different teams

@AraYuannn I guess aven being elation isn't farfetched considering ashveil specifically has buffs/debuffs that can affect elation dmg, he uses crit and def reduction but no dmg%

@Erinari_Kyu @rati0logist I doubt Ratio will be novaflared specifically for this reason as Ashveil is just Ratio but better in every way kit wise

@rati0logist Since FUA will definitely be revived, I can probably see Hoyo giving Ratio a novaflare in 4.5 or later. Or maybe other option: you run them both in the same team and Aven is carrying Ratio like he always dreamed about

@DanielFugue Tbf he could potentially get Pearl we don’t know, but his aha instant could also just not be that good or be considered as FUA damage

aventurine is an elation dps without any elation teammates

@VictorKeos It’s possible his Aha instant is considered Follow Up Attack. Also if he is a FUA dps, it’s also possible the aha instant is almost entirely irrelevant as most of the current dps benefit from it without it being their main source of damage at all

O HXG falou que Blade SP Inexistência vai poder ser jogado tanto como Suporte, como também MainDPS. Mas não reafirmou que ele é FuA. Talvez o Blade seja para para o time da Himeko SP ou da Robin SP. Com o Aventurine sendo Euforia está um pouco estranho ele nesse time.

@Internextion It really just depends on where you allocate their damage. I also imagine his Aha instant will be considered FUA damage, like how Fei Xiao’s ult is considered FUA despite not actually being a follow up

@Internextion “It’s always better to run one of the forms” which is probably how it will be played. Either he is your team’s dps or the support. Aha Instant is currently not the main damage dealing force of any main elation dps. Eva before her nerfs didn’t even really need elation teammates

two things 1. has a dual-form character ever worked out? its always better to just run one of the forms, also curious what it would look like 2. how the hell are they gonna make an elation dps have a BIS team not feature elation chars

@RaNgErS_REP_ @Obanai4 @StarRailVerse1 If you want the realistic answer it’s so that they can, for the most part, keep the damage buffs and debuffs separate. For example, if it was then Ashveil would be able to give 120% CD to all elation units as well as Robin giving her FUA buff. Same thing as memosprites/summons

@AngeloS92513 @WoleClout @StarRailVerse1 Yeah without knowing their exact kits I can’t say anything other than at least 134. Idk what the preferred order would be. Ideally you’d have one at 136, 135, and 134 but that would be dependent on how they react with each other and their techniques too
