The reality is that the results were rough, but the road to those results must’ve been tough on everyone, players and staff included. At the miminum, praise is deserving for the mental fortitude you guys showed. Definitely a lot to take away from the last 2 splits. At this point, improvement is not a matter of when but a matter of how. There is a lot of reflection and refining to be done, as that’s the reality of any performance driven industry, Until next split though, it was a much more optimistic process this split compared to the last one. A lot of close games, so remember this feeling of coming up short. Let it push you instead of demoralising you @ChiefsESC .
