Alpha Phi is a sisterhood of outstanding women supporting one another in lifelong achievement and we want to wish all of our members in the LGBTQ+ community a happy Pride month! We stand with you today and every day. 🏳️‍🌈

On June 5th, we sent an email to all members with Alpha Phi's planned actions and how we are working to do and be better surrounding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Since then, we have created a page on our website where you can stay up-to-date on our efforts in this area. (1/4)

To our black members and friends, your families and loved ones, we see you, we hear you, and we stand hand-in-hand with you.

As members of Alpha Phi, we cannot stand silently by as our communities and the world are impacted by violence and injustice. We call on our members and chapters to stand up against hate and to take action to care for those who are harmed by racism.

The Fraternity is committed to providing education and resources that build cultural competence and to actively engage in conversations that challenge one another to be anti-racist.

As Alpha Phis, we expect our members to live up to our high ideals and to show the best qualities of character by being fair, inclusive and supportive. Racism, hate, bigotry and violence are in complete contradiction with our purpose.

Alpha Phi joins all who condemn racism, hate, bigotry, and violence. Our sisterhood grieves with the families and friends of those who have suffered injustice.

This year, 35 chapters experienced The Buzz, a game-oriented, conversational approach to alcohol education. It's about being relevant, realistic and combines play with personal connections to convey a lasting message. Thank you to @APhiFoundation donors for making this possible!
