People be careful of the shipping services you use. I just did a full integration for a shopping cart with @shippo . The website owners came back and said shippo was unable to work with her at this time. cedarandsteel.shop

Hey @shippo, What is this crap preferring @UPS rates instead of what you USED to do, which was show the LOWEST rate first, regardless of carrier. Oh yes, the "BEST" option is the one that takes just as long to deliver, but costs over 37% more and won't pickup from my house.

@shippo just lost my companies business.. don’t use shippo if you want good customer service and a site that works as it should. Then you’ll get charged for services and they don’t care.. love it. On to the next shipping company.

@shippo really disappointed in the lack of customer service. Purchased a label early yesterday and when I try to download it, I get an error saying I have a past due invoice so I can’t download it but there are no unpaid invoices. I have sent emails, made a request, etc. HELP
