@ShitShow1980 GLP can't be good losing weight fast they way people have is just not natural. I understand we all could lose some weight, but making healthy food choices amount of intake and being active goes a long way. Glp still requires activity to be effective and you cant stop taking it.

Am I the only one that thinks this GLP phase is getting out of control? People are losing so much weight they look sick, or like they are on drugs. Or they have such saggy skin it’s unattractive. I understand getting healthy, but it’s becoming unattractive for some. Anyone else?
