@elleloveCHI The reason for real estate being cheap in Texas is an abundance of flat, cheap, and buildable land in the urban areas.

@ShivaIsQueen Is that because there are not a lot of good jobs and it sucks in so many ways that real estate is still sorta cheap (in areas that you wouldn't wanna live)? And state taxes 0% like a few other red states... not necessarily a good thing
