@socialepfo Service History is still linked to old PF and UAN account its not reflected in new PF account even after the transfer claim form-13 is accepted by field officer. Pls let me know how to transfer service history to new PF account

@Iamkoustavsaha The Actual method worked for me is call the IVR number and select Vitality (press 1) and Continue (press *) again select Vitality (press 1) then connect to customer care (press 6) they’ll take a request for vitality. After that Vitality Team will call you and book

@TataAIA_Life Hi Team, I'm a policy holder of SRS Term insurance. I'm unable to schedule Health checkup using app(it asks me to dial 1860 number), and 1860 IVR asks me to check app. Please help me get out of this loop and schedule HC for my plan ASAP 🙏 please. Long pending now..

@sk_bhuvanesh @TataAIA_Life Did you get health checkup appointment yet? I had also requested for health check up via mail, they replied to gives us 3 more days to resolve the query. In website/ads its mentioned we can book via app or customer care number but both don’t have option. Miss-leading ads.

*WORST Customer Service* I am extremely disappointed with @TataAIA_Life customer service. Despite raising the issue multiple times regarding my pending annual health checkup, no one has responded to my concerns properly. The lack of communication and follow-up is frustrating.
