@visegrad24 I don’t care about this propaganda after the fact that Israel tortured him. He was a doctor doing his job of saving people severely injured by Israel’s heinous violence against a civilian population. Israel takes out doctors bc it wants civilians to die - it’s a genocide.

The New York Post just revealed that the Gazan doctor who wrote two opinion pieces in the New York Times, accusing Israel of genocide after October 7th, is actually a Hamas terrorist himself. It turns out that Dr. Hussam Abu Safyia is a Hamas Colonel.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 You realized you just argued for Zionism? You admitted the land is Jewish. You admitted the people are Jewish. The conflict is simple then: The Jews who kept the heritage (Israel) vs. the Jews who were colonized by Arabs Honestly, it's sad we can't have peace if we're lost bros.

@Shmuhta @horsegirl3005 Sounds about right. If you boil everything in a pot. Well they don’t exactly lost their identity, at the end of the day, Palestinians went through all three Abrahamic religions, Judaism -> Christianity -> Islam.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 So to recap your concessions.. Hebrew is the native language of Canaan. Palestinians are just Jews who weren't exiled (but lost their identity). This is basically a Jewish civil war. Am I correct?

@Shmuhta @horsegirl3005 The difference? One is exiled Jews and the others are not exiled Jews. Meaning, the only continuous bloodline is of Palestinians (the not exiled).

@falariff @horsegirl3005 Bad analogy. The Javanese still speak Javanese. Palestinians don't speak Canaanite. They speak Arabic.

@Shmuhta @horsegirl3005 Yeah after the 7th century. Is the Javanese not indigenous to the Java just because they speak Malay? 🤣

@falariff @horsegirl3005 Calling Jews 'Europeans' because they survived exile is weak. Ashkenazi Jews are genetically half-Levantine. They are the indigenous population returning home. Meanwhile, you cite 'Dammi Israeli' - a post that says Palestinians are descendants of Jews.

@Shmuhta @horsegirl3005 Modern Israelis are Europeans then, with Levantine DNA. To say they have no connection is wrong since the Dammi post has shown how Philistines are connected to the modern Palestinians and Israelis.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 If I speak French in America, does that mean French isn't from France? The Israelites speaking a Canaanite dialect (Hebrew) in the desert just proves they were indigenous to Canaan returning home. They spoke the language of the land.

@Shmuhta @horsegirl3005 Hebrew is a spoken language by Jews before Jews entered Canaan. That’s literally the language of Moses.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 Palestinians speak Arabic (from Arabia). I think the language tells us who the real indigenous population is.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 'Hebrew wasn't born in Canaan' ? Buddy, Hebrew is literally classified as a Canaanite dialect. It’s like saying 'French wasn't born in France.' The language is the proof of the geography. Jews are the only people who still speak a Canaanite language.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 If you agree with 'Dammi Israeli', then you agree Palestinians are just Jews who were forced to convert to Islam. That makes Jews the original indigenous landlords. And it makes the 'Philistine' connection irrelevant (since Philistines were enemies of the Jews).

@falariff @horsegirl3005 Modern Palestinians are Arabs (culturally/linguistically) with Levantine DNA. They have zero connection to the Philistines other than living on the ruins of their cities.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 You're celebrating the fact that the Philistines got genetically erased? 'Blended with locals' means the Indigenous Canaanite population swallowed them up. The European Philistine bloodline ended in the Iron Age.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 That logic doesn't hold up. The 'land beyond the Red Sea' is literally described as Canaan. the place where the Hebrew language and identity were born.

@falariff @horsegirl3005 So let me get this straight, You think the Philistines (who we know were Greek invaders) are 'indigenous.' But the Jews (who speak Hebrew, a Canaanite language, and worship the God of Israel) are 'foreigners' because the Bible says they crossed a sea to get home?

@falariff @cole_is_greene @horsegirl3005 If you quote the Bible to argue origins, you must accept its conclusion. that the Land of Israel is the ancestral heritage given to the Jews. Indigeneity is defined by where a people's culture, language (Hebrew), and identity were formed. For Jews, that is the Levant.

@falariff @cole_is_greene @horsegirl3005 The 2019 Ashkelon Study (M-P Institute) found that the Philistine genetic signal disappeared within 200 years due to dilution. Modern Palestinians do not carry a distinct "Philistine" marker, they are genetically Levantine with significant Peninsular Arab admixture from conquests
