@airtelindia your AI engineers are truly uneducated, they don't have logical thinking, I think people are aware with 4G 5G phone and you should focus on services.
I have recharge with unlimited 5G plans but it's getting over in 2GB only what the hell are you doing ???

When recharge is expired at least allow us for emergency calls/2g speed instead of blocking services completely, at least for few hours!

@talk2anuradha Seriously, atleast with Airtel I get good speed but when it's disturbed, it really gets worse.
Add on plans are really expensive, 22 rupees for one GB and duration is not 24 hours, it's just midnight 🥹

I got message my bill is overdue, however I had paid all amount already, it was 3 month plan and 3rd month is completed on 20th December and it's 18 days overdue, what the hell is ongoing ? Unable to connect to customer care ??
