@airtelindia your AI engineers are truly uneducated, they don't have logical thinking, I think people are aware with 4G 5G phone and you should focus on services. I have recharge with unlimited 5G plans but it's getting over in 2GB only what the hell are you doing ???

@airtelindia I have active recharge of 899 which supports unlimited 5G, I am in 5G supported area/my phone is 5G why data is getting over ???all 5G related settings are configured, could you please answer?? Why you are not fulfilling your promise ????

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When recharge is expired at least allow us for emergency calls/2g speed instead of blocking services completely, at least for few hours! You are increasing rates everyday, please give services as well

@talk2anuradha Seriously, atleast with Airtel I get good speed but when it's disturbed, it really gets worse. Add on plans are really expensive, 22 rupees for one GB and duration is not 24 hours, it's just midnight 🥹 @airtelindia

I switched from Jio to Airtel and now I’m completely fed up with Airtel. Airtel Network is poor, customer support is horrible and plans keep getting more expensive every few months. I really don’t want to go back to Jio. We seriously need more options.

@JioCare I would appreciate if this could be resolved now after 4 days but that shows quality level where one issue couldn't not be resolved in given time window and you can't connect to customer care directly on phone either..been 3 hours no update no improvement at all @JioCare
