The Pirates have Griffin and Skenes. The Pens are the feel good story of the NHL. The NFL draft is coming up. If you just ignore Pitt basketball, it’s a good time to be a Pittsburgh sports fan.

BREAKING: Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth signed an order today permitting military personnel to carry private weapons on post. He said military installations have been turned into "gun-free zones," leaving the troops vulnerable and exposed. A major change.

@MarkMaddenX I did 90 each way in Atlanta. That’s why I’m now retired and living in Pittsburgh.

When I quit, there will be lots of reasons. But a big one will be: I’m too old to sit in traffic at least 30 minutes each way going to and from work.

@MarkMaddenX The wild card game was one of very few highlights since Bond flipped off Van Slyke and Sid slid.

@TheDanKingerski The actual terminal is still 33+ years old and it shows. Parking is now really messed up. The shuttles suck.

I'd also like to thank the "bipartisan" coalition and clueless Pgh Airport Authority for blowing $1.5 Billion to make a useable airport into a shiny, inconvenient pile of poo. Used to be 35 mins from my front door to the gate. Now, it's an hour b/c we wait 25 mins for a packed shuttle because you can't walk from parking to terminal. Nice use of funds. Yeah, the tram was so inconvenient 🤦‍♂️ What's a billion amongst friends?

It's hard to imagine that the Supreme Court would end Trump's tariffs AND institutionalize birthright citizenship forever! I mean, my God, whose side are they on?

@mitchellvii Birthright danger: An illegal radical parent from a radical country can give birth here & becomes USA Citizen. Children will be raised & indoctrinated in the radical country where the parents came from. At 18yrs old, the children will come back here not patriots but SPY/ANTI-USA!

@mitchellvii If the Supreme Court rules against Trump and American citizens about birthright citizenship the court is lost and IMO compromised. We all know the ruling should be against birthright citizenship as no other country in the world allows this.

@awfulannouncing My former in-laws lived across the river in Alton. We’d go to St.Louis a lot - but it was to The Hill or Forest Park, which were very nice. Downtown - only once to see The Arch and another time to tour new Busch Stadium. Otherwise avoided like the plague.

@mrddmia Any vote by SCOTUS to approve birthright citizenship is sedition. The DOJ should arrest them and have them tried by a jury. 🤠👍🇺🇸

If the Supreme Court follows the law, the Supreme Court will rule 6-3 against birthright citizenship for illegals. If the Supreme Court follows the politics, the Supreme Court will rule 7-2 for birthright citizenship for 1.5 million Chinese birth tourists.

This will make the political civil war explode into chaos and mass dislocation. If we lose this, there is no recourse to prevent sham elections. China can send all they need to send into any swing states to control any Presidential election. They can target all states, all congressional districts, state and local governments. China understands the stupidity of birthright citizenship long before we did. And the Supreme Court doesn’t get it I’m afraid.

I don’t know what the Supreme Court will decide on the question of birthright citizenship. But I know this, if the courts continue to enforce practices that increase chaos, destruction, and division within the United States, like allowing 1.5 million Chinese nationals to vote because they happened to be born in an American hospital, people will very soon stop respecting the courts. And then things will really get dangerous.
