He needs to see his masculinity outside of work/money and invest time in connecting with Dami. He wishes Dami was 24/7 sexual access but doesn’t see the point of building intimacy, he’s not completely red-pilled as he’s still capable of empathy towards her but pheww #bluetherapy

Then, after realizing he couldn't be deported, they dumped him five miles from his home in the freezing cold. He died trying to make his way back to his house.

And it’s sad because there’s been soooo many amazing Black British efforts. Our predecessors did a wonderful job. I hope we get back to that. Or get to a new thing that’s good for us. We got it right at some point.

As a Black Brit I wish I could defend us more, but the pursuit of racial justice here has died. There’s no united spirit of defiance amongst us. There’s docility and conformity. We can say a lot about Black Americans but we have a lot to learn from them about resistance.

There’s a racial pathology and entitlement. Blackness has always been a consumable, so when a boundary is set it seems ridiculous to the consumers. They’ve never had to regard black humanity.
And it’s evident because they rarely insist on saying slurs for other racial groups.

I never understood the “you call yourself one, so why can’t we?” rhetoric because what people call each other is often contextual. Can I call your mom, “mommy” because you call her mommy? Can I call your boyfriend “baby” because you call him baby? Apply that to everything else
