@thecliffbar @KhyberSen @intesar_alam_ny Heat Restrictions will impact EMUs just the same as diesels. It's about track integrity, and EMUs are not lighter. It's a Federal mandate. There were other issues yesterday that compounded the delays.

We are currently under a Level 2 heat restriction, which requires the slowing of trains. There are signal issues, as well. Expect delays.
