Oh gosh I am so fed up with Shopee. I sell customize item on Shopee. I always get a return parcel while the one who did not do the job correctly was Shopee driver. They don’t even bother to deliver items to the buyer’s house and suddenly parcel has been returned to me.

@ShopeeMY I have been a loyal user, I had ordered some Easter egg plastic cups on 27 march with delivery promised on 31st march. They have been telling me that I will get the parcel today daily and there is no update. The delivery shows 3apr and today is 4 April very disappointed

@ShopeeMY Hi shopee, I have raised this issue with your help center the other day regarding my expired VIP 20%vouchers & the case was ongoing till it was marked as solved eventhough it is not solved. Kindly raised the issue again. I didn’t try the feature just to be cheated. Tq
