@elonmusk So what’s your solution? 20ft wall with armed guards for thousands of miles? Last I checked 30-50% of illegal immigration is visa overstays. The less educated migrants are being hired at substandard wages propping up industries besides the direct expense of mass deportations

I don’t think older generations understand $15 to $20 an hour just isn't enough. People aren't lazy. People want to work and provide for their families. It’s just tough to find motivation when what you are earning barely (or doesn't at all) cover your day to day expenses.

@SolidusJJ A “created” voice can’t be copyrighted would be the main issue. There are laws around privacy that prevent recordings used without consent and if is someone’s actual voice there are legal frameworks around right of publicity. Specific state laws have been drafted as well

why has AI voice acting not gotten nearly the same reaction as AI art. genuinely asking maybe i’m missing something but to me it looks like AI replicating someone’s art style has gotten a lot of backlash but replicating someone’s voice is epic
